We are obliged to prove before GEMA that every data carrier produced by us is officially licensed. Your production has to be presented before GEMA whether its contents are object to rating or not. Without a release by GEMA we are not permitted to distribute your production. This procedure also applies for reissues, which is why a new request has to be placed. In this case you will receive only one invoice for all issues which may take a little longer. Just take it easy and accept our help with formalities – and your production will be available on the requested time. We provide you with the GEMA forms applying to your content and support you with the filling-in of the documents. Afterwards GEMA will be able to invoice any license fees directly with you as the requester.
